Hibernation Hyperdrive

I wouldn’t say I have a caffiene problem, but the thought does cross my mind around my fourth cup in the morning. Coffee has been a great tool in my designs. Whether it’s late at night or first thing on a sunday morning, my brain stays focused when I have a touch of caffiene in the system. One of these days I’ll need to cut down and switch to some kind of herbal organic mutant tea hybrid latte thing, but while the orders are pouring in I’ll stick to my beans.

My projects lately have been random. Typically it’s all bands, or all businesses, or all parodies, but these past few months have been all over.

Annually this calls for hibernating at my desk with coffee and tunes. However this year is different. It’s been the warmest New England winter I can remember. While I saddened that I can’t partake in some of my favorite hobbies (snowboarding, ording delivery during a blizzard, snowball wars, etc), the alternatives haven’t been bad.

My dog has loved the extra outdoor time and hikes. I’ve also been able to get in more urban exploring. So all in all, glass half full.

A few double secret super classified sideprojects will finally be released this month. They include a company I’ve wanted to work with for a long time and finally got a proposal approved, a band I’ve admired forever, and a couple fun out-of-the-box scenarios. Also a valentine’s day sale over a teefury with a parody design I’m pretty proud of.

My free time has mostly been new client searching, dog hiking, and working. Currently, I’m reworking some ideas for more Liverpool Football designs, doing more poster work for Fete Music, and prepping for our second kickball season with a new military team theme.
